Create a Calm, Quiet Moment

In a world that often feels busy, time flying by with each eye blink, finding a moment of calm in the day, to simply sit with your breath and thoughts, can feel impossible.

I mean, we all know there are texts or emails to respond to, phone calls to return and “to do” list items to check off. There are countless things begging for our attention.

But it is the quiet, the calm that our bodies NEED to reset, stay grounded and heal. It is in the moments of quiet that we reconnect to self and our authentic voice. And yes, this takes intention.

As you move through this day, and every day, set the intention to create a moment (or 10) for quiet. Even if you only have a couple of minutes at a time to spare, doing so is an act of self-care that will help you GET and STAY connected to your authentic voice.

Are you struggling to create time for yourself and are starting to feel overwhelmed as a result? Let’s talk about it! Click the ‘Book Online’ button at the top of the page to schedule a complimentary (re)Framing call.
