Talking Circle: You Say Failure, I Say Opportunity

Can you remember the last time you felt the sting of failure? Maybe you experienced feelings of embarrassment, sadness, disappointment, anger, frustration, etc. And maybe those feelings turned into you spending an obscene amount of time ruminating on the situation, unconsciously (or consciously) beating yourself up for allowing things to go wrong. Have you ever wondered what would happen if instead of focusing on the negative you chose set your attention on the opportunity that lies beyond that (perceived) failure?

During You Say Failure, I Say Opportunity, we will…

  • explore the role fear plays in how we experience a situation that feels like failure

  • discuss how to find the good in situations that feel challenging, frustrating, disappointing, etc,

  • talk about the difference between a challenge and a hardship and,

  • look at ways to shift the internal conversation so we can move forward with less apprehension, and

Registration Fee - $20 per person. Refreshments provided.

NOTE: Talking Circles are currently limited to a max of 6 participants.

Talking Circlesoriginally used by indigenous people of the United States, are designed to provide a space that encourages open dialogue, problem-solving, healing and growth. With those principles in mind, our Talking Circle sessions are small group conversations designed to help you explore the root of what keeps you from connecting fully to your inner voice, passions and purpose. The space and conversations are as sacred and special as you are.
